ARM - er ekki nudd meðferð en er þekkt aðferð víðsvegar um heiminn. Tilgangur meðferðarinnar að létta á viðloðun/Adhesion sem hleðst utan á taugar, vöðvavef, fasciu eða annan bandvef og getur valdið krónískum verkjum. Með sértækum þrýstingi og sértækum hreyfingum á viðkomandi svæðum er hægt að brjóta upp viðloðunina og minnka verki svo um munar.
